Armordon® fabric and panels can be thermoformed into different shapes and parts. Armordon® panels and formed parts can be produced through a number of thermoprocessing routes, but usually including a hot consolidation step followed by a cold consolidation step. It some cases, it is useful to also include a pre-heating phase, which is determined by the complexity of the shape geometry.
Armordon® panels and formed parts can be finished with a number of treatments to impart colour or a particular surface texture. Paint, coatings, film or foil finishes can all be applied successfully to the surface.
