Armordon® panels are produced using Armordon® tapes or woven fabric. Armordon tapes can be used in filament laying to create sheets of varying thickness or multiple layers of Armordon® woven fabric can be pressed into panels.
Subsequent thermal processing of either tapes or fabric, melts the “cap” coat of the filament and allows fusion between individual tapes, either independently or within single ply fabric, or between multiple layers of the material.
Armordon® panels can be tailored to a particular application or to meet a specific industrial standard. Armordon® panels can also be finished with a paint, coating, film or foil.
